“Photographing women is like capturing poetry in motion. Their beauty unfolds like verses and each frame reveals a new stanza of their story”

ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS WORK

There was no one I have met or worked closely with quite like Lillian. She was exactly like the persona of the beautiful models she photographed. Modern, independent, stylish, elegant and self confident. She rose to prominence in an arena primarily dominated by men through her great talent..
Penn and Avedon were her contemporaries. But she had something they did not possess. That wonderful gift of “female intuition” which showed us the inner life of her subjects and made them deeply human.
