ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS WORK

This is the issue that any creative person has to deal with sooner or later, when they put themselves up for hire in order to pay the bills and support a family, or just simply to earn a living and survive.

Bill managed to straddle the two worlds pretty successfully for many years. I’m sure this voluntary schizophrenia sometimes got to him “How do I give the client what they want without compromising my artistic integrity?”. But his great fashion images - of which this is surely one - are testament to his unique creative vision.

It was a vision that also delivered, and helped sell the beautiful clothes and keep all those “Mad Men” execs hovering in the background of the set. Happy, and ready to celebrate with their 'de rigueur' martini when the shoot is over, patting Bill on the back.. “Well done Bill!” Ciao!
