ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS WORK
This is probably Wolf’s most sought after image. It is quintessentially London. It is not surprising that Wolf was attracted to this street known for its numerous book stores, the center of the book trade back then.
Wolf’s father was a pioneering book seller back in Austria before Wolf was forced to leave with the growth of fascism. Eventually settling in London, Wolf lived to be 104 years old making his artistic career there.
