#1353 - Louis Stettner

“New York is a city I loved, a city that forgives nothing but accepts everyone - a place of a thousand moods and vistas, of countless faces in a moving crowd, each one silently talking to you”

~ Louis Stettner
(1922-2016)

ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS WORK

The internet has certainly hastened the demise of news stands in every urban center. I myself miss them terribly in the way I miss browsing in record stores always looking forward to that sense of serendipitous discovery. One of Louis most romantic New York images. This beautiful and elegant woman with a sense of determination in her stance could almost be a scene out of that most romantic of New York movies “Breakfast at Tiffanys".
