I had the great pleasure of seeing this image for the first time last year In Paris at the sublime exhibition of Sarah’s work at the magnificent Galerie Dior at the Mecca for Fashion, the magnificent building 30. Ave Montaigne. It just knocked me off my feet. I still feel it is possibly one of the greatest fashion photographs ever made. Once seen, never forgotten especially in the exquisite platinum process beloved by many of the masters of photography. from Stieglitz to Penn. Brava Sarah!
